Apply a small amount of gel into each tooth compartment of your custom whitening tray before inserting. Follow the wear time recommended for your selected strength and remove the trays afterwards. Brush away any excess gel after treatment.

I've been using this for years. I absolutely love it. I put a little dab of it on each tooth in my retainer and I do sleep with it in overnight. (My dentist said this was fine as long as it wasn't making my teeth too sensitive) Those with sensitive teeth should not sleep with it in overnight! I use it maybe 3 times a week, usually less. Love this bleaching gel! Works really well overnight in my retainer. I was a little sensitive at first, but it gets better and it's definitely worth having white teeth.
This works
This was the brand that my dentist sold to me years ago for $500. Note that you will feel sensitivity after using it but that will go away. It's worth it to have nice, white teeth for a fraction of the price as a dentist. Since you don't need to whiten the back of your teeth, put one dot on the appliance you use at about the center of where each tooth in front, top and bottom, are only so as not to waste product by using too much or having it seep over the edge of the appliance.
Works easily and quickly without making my teeth sensitive
I have very sensitive teeth and have to use Sensodyne toothpaste b/c of it, so I am always hesitant to use whiteners, but a friend in the dental field recommended this one, and not only did I barely have to use it to get the whiteness that I wanted, I had no sensitivity issues when used as directed and it tasted/worked well. I used to use Crest White Strips once a year but will be using this with my retainers from now on.

Get yourself a personalized whitening tray and these are used in those perfectly! I leave on for an hour a couple night a week. Some people sleep in them but it would make my teeth too sensitive. So one hour is great for those with sensitive teeth!
