Directions
Brush and dry your teeth before treatment. Insert the upper and lower trays and gently adapt them to your teeth. Wear for the recommended time according to your selected strength, then remove the trays, discard them and brush away any remaining gel.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended for long-term storage but is not essential during normal shipping and short-term use.
