BEFORE AND AFTER
SEE THEDIFFERENCE:
“I've tried a few whitening products, and these are still some of the best. After just a few uses I could already see my teeth looking brighter. They stay in place well and are easy to use. I had very little sensitivity, and the results were worth it.”

“I’m in my 40’s and have missed how white my teeth used to be. At some point in the last decade I’ve continued with coffee daily and red wine as a favorite social drink, but stopped the whitening treatments. And it shows.”

“I couldn't be more pleased! My teeth look great and I'll buy another package to keep on hand for a monthly "refresh" I think. This 4 pack was half the price of the exact same product sold in my dentist's office.”

Philips Zoom Whitening Gel FAQs
Compare Philips Zoom DayWhite and NiteWhite gels, strengths, wear times and syringe pack sizes before choosing an option.
What is the difference between Philips Zoom DayWhite and NiteWhite?
Philips Zoom DayWhite uses hydrogen peroxide for shorter daytime sessions and is available here in 6%, 9.5% and 14% strengths. NiteWhite uses carbamide peroxide, which releases more slowly for longer wear, and is available in 10%, 16% and 22% strengths. Choose the formula that best fits your preferred routine, previous whitening experience and sensitivity.
Which Philips Zoom strength should I choose?
First choose the routine that suits you. DayWhite uses hydrogen peroxide for shorter daytime sessions, while NiteWhite uses carbamide peroxide for longer wear or overnight whitening.
- DayWhite 6% HP: The lowest-concentration DayWhite option and the most cautious daytime starting point. Philips recommends wearing it for 30–60 minutes once daily, or 30–45 minutes twice daily.
- DayWhite 9.5% HP: The middle DayWhite strength. Wear for 30–60 minutes once daily. It may suit customers who want a stronger daytime formula than 6% without moving directly to the highest DayWhite concentration.
- DayWhite 14% HP: The highest-concentration DayWhite option. Wear for 30 minutes once daily. It is better suited to people who have previously used whitening gel comfortably or have been advised to use the higher strength.
- NiteWhite 10% CP: The lowest-concentration NiteWhite option. Wear for 2–4 hours or overnight. This is the more cautious starting point for first-time NiteWhite users or those concerned about sensitivity.
- NiteWhite 16% CP: The middle NiteWhite strength. It suits customers who prefer longer or overnight wear and have used whitening gel successfully before without needing the highest concentration.
- NiteWhite 22% CP: The highest-concentration NiteWhite option. It has the same recommended 2–4 hour or overnight wear window and is best reserved for experienced users or where the stronger formula has been recommended by a dentist.
If you are unsure, start with DayWhite 6% for daytime use or NiteWhite 10% for longer wear. Do not choose the highest percentage simply because it appears stronger; the right option depends on your preferred wear time, previous whitening experience and sensitivity.
How long should I wear Philips Zoom whitening gel?
- DayWhite 6%: 30–60 minutes once daily, or 30–45 minutes twice daily.
- DayWhite 9.5%: 30–60 minutes once daily.
- DayWhite 14%: 30 minutes once daily.
- NiteWhite 10%, 16% and 22%: 2–4 hours or overnight.
Always follow the instructions supplied with your product and any directions given by your dentist.
How many syringes are included?
Both DayWhite and NiteWhite are available from this page in packs of one, three or six syringes. Select your formula, strength and pack size before adding the product to your basket.
Do I need whitening trays?
Yes. Philips Zoom take-home gel is designed for use with properly fitting whitening trays. If you do not already have suitable trays, see our reusable teeth whitening trays.
How do I apply the whitening gel?
Use a small amount of gel in the tooth compartments of a properly fitting whitening tray. Follow the instructions for your exact formula and strength, then remove the tray and clean it as directed. Avoid overfilling the tray so excess gel does not spread onto your gums.
How should I store the whitening gel?
Follow the storage instructions on your syringe or packaging, keep the gel away from heat and direct sunlight, and check the expiry date before use. Storage requirements can vary between formulas.
