Pola teeth whitening is formulated to safely remove hard, longer-term stains from your teeth and return your smile to your whitest natural shade possible. All without damaging the health of your teeth.
Pola's unique, high water content formulation has a neutral pH and a high viscosity to protect your gums during treatment. Pola also contains fluoride, to remineralize your teeth and protect against tooth sensitivity.
When Pola is applied, the refined formula safely enters your tooth enamel to actively remove longer-term stains and discolouration. The stain molecules are then naturally coated by your saliva, which safely removes them from your system.

Pola whitening gel guide
Compare PolaDay and PolaNight teeth whitening gels, peroxide strengths, manufacturer-listed wear times, syringe quantities and whitening tray requirements.
PolaDay is designed for shorter daytime whitening sessions. PolaDay 7.5% and 9.5% use hydrogen peroxide, while PolaDay CP 35% uses carbamide peroxide but is formulated for a short 15-minute daytime treatment. PolaNight uses carbamide peroxide for slower release and longer wear and is available in 10%, 16% and 22%.
Because the ranges use different peroxide ingredients and release profiles, the percentages should not be compared directly like for like.
Always follow the instructions supplied with your selected formula and any directions given by your dentist.
Both PolaDay and PolaNight whitening gels are designed for use with properly fitting whitening trays. Whitening trays are sold separately. If you do not already have suitable trays, see our reusable teeth whitening trays.
You can select two, four, six or eight 1.3g Pola whitening gel syringes. Choose PolaDay or PolaNight, the exact strength and the syringe quantity before adding the product to your basket. Application tips are included; the manufacturer's retail box and whitening trays are not included.
Choose by formula, wear time, previous whitening experience and sensitivity rather than selecting the largest percentage automatically.
If you are new to whitening or concerned about sensitivity, begin with a lower-concentration option and ask your dentist if you are unsure which formula is suitable.
Temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation can occur with peroxide whitening products. Pola gels contain potassium nitrate and fluoride and have a high-water formulation designed to help manage sensitivity, but individual responses vary. Use only a small amount of gel, follow the stated wear time and stop or reduce use if discomfort develops. Seek dental advice if sensitivity is significant or persists.
Pola whitening gel lightens natural tooth structure but does not predictably change the colour of fillings, crowns, veneers or bonding. If you have visible dental restorations, ask your dentist how whitening could affect the final colour match before starting treatment.
Use a small amount of gel in the tooth compartments of a properly fitting whitening tray. Follow the instructions for your exact formula and strength, then remove the tray and clean it as directed. Avoid overfilling the tray so excess gel does not spread onto your gums.
Follow the storage instructions on your syringe or packaging, keep the gel away from heat and direct sunlight, and check the expiry date before use. Storage requirements can vary between formulas.
