Both strengths can achieve excellent whitening results. Your final shade and number of applications depend on your teeth and staining. Higher concentrations can increase sensitivity. Do not wear overnight. If significant sensitivity develops, stop treatment and speak to your dentist.
Place the upper tray over your teeth, gently bite down and draw it into place with light suction. Repeat for the lower tray.
Take off the coloured outer trays, leaving the thin inner trays in place. Wear 10% for 30–60 minutes or 15% for 15–20 minutes.
Remove and discard both inner trays, then brush away remaining gel. Use a fresh upper-and-lower pair for each treatment.
